What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is included in our price. We use EMS, UPS, DHL or FedEx, depending on suitability. Packages are marked up as gifts and therefore are not usually subject to duties and taxes. Check with you local customs if you're not sure, as all duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

How can I pay by credit card online?
We use Pay Pal to process orders online, simply click on the order button for the painting you want to purchase and then click check out. Follow all the instructions on the order page.

Do I need to register to use Paypal?
Yes, for your protection Paypal does require that you register with them to make an internet website purchase, you will be asked to create a username and password as you complete your transaction so that you may see the order status with them. If you cannot pay by Paypal contact and we can advise you how to pay by transfer.

When will you charge my credit card?
We don't your payment goes to Paypal when you place the order we don't receive payment from them until after you have received your painting from us. NB. We do not have your credit card information, we keep your shipping records and your e-mail address; this information is kept secure and private by HEROart.net.

How can I pay if I don't have a credit card?
Place an order by email. Simply contact us by email and include all the items you want to purchase to your email. We will send you an email by return with our bank details either USA or UK bank accounts. You deposit the purchase price into our account, once we have cleared you funds we will process your order.

What if my shipping and billing addresses are different?
If you are paying by credit card you can have your bill and package sent to different addresses. After choosing to pay online and entering your shipping information you will be given the option of having your bill sent to an alternative address.

Can I special order a famous person who is not on your site?
Yes, large part of our business is commissions. Send us a good quality photo at least 10"x8" by post or email and we will send you a quotation for the work. If you confirm the order we will give you payment instructions by email.

Can I special order a portrait of my family or friends?
Yes, large part of our business is commissions. We can paint single or multiple people portraits such as graduation weddings sports teams etc. Send us you original by post or email and we will send you a quotation for the work. If you confirm the order we will give you payment instructions by email.

How do you package your paintings?
Paintings are shipped rolled - never folded - in mint condition and in strong plastic or board poster tubes to assure their safe arrival. Throughout our packing and shipping process we take exceptional care to see your order will arrive to you in perfect condition.

How long will it take to receive my package?
Each painting is produced within 7 - 10 days of receiving the order, normal delivery times 1-2 weeks, so you should expect to receive it at your door 2- 4 weeks. We will keep you informed from the day you order with regular email updates of the progress of your personally created masterpiece and you can track it online.

What should I do if my package has not yet arrived?
You should first review shipping times (above) to see if your package is late. Then track it online, if you still have problems please e-mail .

What should I do if my package was damaged while being shipped?
Please e-mail   with your HEROart.net Order ID, name, and any other relevant information. Thank you. 

What is your return policy?
If you purchase a painting from us and are unhappy with your package for any reason, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.

Is this painting an original?
Yes absolutely, each picture is painted by hand and signed by our artist, without using any mechanical aides. Even if someone else orders the same painting, they will not be identical.

Is this painting in stock?
No, we don't keep stock; we do have a few paintings in our gallery, which we offer in the 'special offers' in our newsletter from time to time.

Is the image accurate?
Each painting is created by hand and therefore will always be an interpretation of an original.

What if the dimensions on the site do not match the print I receive?
All of the dimensions listed are standard sizes. It's normal to round up the dimensions. However, this difference can be from .5'' to 1.5''. If your painting is not the correct size, please email Customer Service at   for assistance.

Do you have a catalogue?
Currently, we only have the online catalogue on this website.

Do you offer Farming?
No, frames are expensive to ship and it's something best done in person when you have the painting in your possession to match t to a frame.
